
Denise

In 1987, Denise graduated from Career Canada with a
diploma in Dental Assisting.
After many years of working in the dental field, Denise then pursed her
interest in the fashion industry, graduating in 1993 with a diploma in
Fashion Management from George Brown College.
She has returned to the dental field and has been working
with Dr. Bentley since February 1994. She is married with 2 beautiful
sons.
During her spare time, Denise enjoys camping, hiking,
traveling, and spending precious moments with Brandon and Justin.
Working with Dr. Bentley has provided Denise with the
opportunity to attend numerous continuing education courses. In 1999,
Denise graduated from the University of Western Ontario's Preventative
Dental Assistants program.
Denise is also an active member of the Ontario Dental
Nurses & Assistants Association.
Pamela

Pamela's
first experience in the dental profession was working for a dentist in
Detroit as a dental assistant. The dentist she worked for encouraged Pam
to further her studies in dentistry.
Pam graduated from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelors degree in
microbiology and an associate degree in health sciences in 1989. Pam was
on the Dean's list and was the Vice President of the Student American
Dental Hygiene Association, where students worked as volunteers gaining
experience in preventive dentistry with the American Veterans.
In 1992, Pam passed the Canadian Dental Hygiene Board Exam
allowing her to practice as a hygienist in Canada. Pam is a member of the
Ontario Dental Hygienist Association and the Royal College of Dental
Hygienists.
Pamela's goals include continuing her education to
keep up with ever changing advancements in technology and philosophies in
dentistry. She attends the Periodontal Associates Lunch and Learn Program.
For enjoyment Pamela likes to read, exercise and kickbox..
Her favorite thing in life is to hear her kids laugh and to see them
smile.
Monica

Monica's dental career began in 1994 after she graduated as a certified
dental assistant from George Brown College in Toronto. She worked for two
years before returning to college to further her studies. In 1997, she
graduated as a registered dental hygienist. Monica joined Dr. Bentley's
dental team in January 1999. She is an active member of the Canadian Dental
Hygienists Association, Ontario Dental Hygienists Association, and is
registered by the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario.
Along with the other members of Dr. Bentley's team, Monica regularly
attends continuing education courses to stay abreast of current and upcoming
practical and technical aspects of dentistry.

Valerie

Valerie pursed a dental assistant career after two years of undergraduate
studies at York University majoring in Psychology and Political Science. She
graduated as a certified preventative dental assistant from George Brown
College in 2000.
Valerie joined Dr. Bentley's dental team in August og 2002 as a dental
assistant and is currently working as the treatment coordinator at the front
desk.
Valerie enjoys expanding her dental knowledge by attending continuing
education courses and seminars. She is also a member of the ODNAA ( Ontario
Dental Nurses and Assistants Association).
Valerie loves to camp, travel and socializing with her friends in her spare
time. She can always be found smiling.
Diana

Diana's dental career began in 2001 after graduating as a certified
preventative dental assistant from George Brown College in Toronto. Diana
joined Dr Bentley's dental team in May 2002. She is an active member of
Ontario Dental Nurses and Assistants Association.
Diana enjoys attending continuing educations courses with the rest of Dr.
Bentley's team. She particularly enjoys cosmetic dental courses.
Outside the office, Diana can be found working out at the local gym,
travelling and dining our with friends.

Melissa

Melissa graduated from U of T in 1997 with Honours in Bachelor of Science.
She majored in Biology and Psychology. Upon returning to school,
Melissa pursued studies in Dental Hygiene and graduated with Honours from
George Brown College in 2001.
Melissa has been working with Dr. Bentley's team since 2001. She continues
to expand and improve her current dental knowledge base by attending monthly
continuing education courses and seminars.
She is an active member of the Canadian Dental Hygiene Assocations, the
Halton-Peel Hygienists Association and is registered by the College of
Dental Hygienists of Ontario.
In her spare time Melissa enjoys numerous outdoor activities - motorcycling,
kite surfing, skiing, hiking, camping - the more adventurous, the more
exhilarating it is for her! She also helps to look after her family's 25
acre farm which entails breeding and raising horses, rabbits and goats.
Mia

Mia's dental career began in 1998 after graduating from the Dental
Office Administration Course from George Brown College in Toronto.
To further her studies she then returned to George Brown and graduated
as a Preventative Dental Assistant in 2000.
Mia joined Dr. Bentley's dental team in February 2003 and is currently
working as an Office Administrator and a Preventative Dental Assistant.
She is an active member of the Ontario Dental Nurses & Assistants
Association and is regularly attending continuing education courses along
with the rest of Dr. Bentley's Team.
Out of the office, Mia enjoys latin dancing, drumming, designing
jewelry, and rollerblading!
Moni

Moni's dental career began in 1999 after she graduated from the George
Brown Dental Hygiene program. She returned to George Brown in 2001 to
complete the Specialty Program of Restorative Dental hygiene. She
graduated with honours, as a restorative dental hygienist and is qualified
to do fillings and other extended duties.
Mois is an active member of the Ontario Dental Hygiene Association, Halton
Peel Hygienist Association, Restorative Hygienist Study Club, and is
registered by the College of Dental Hygienist of Ontario. Moni enjoys
attending continuing education courses and seminars to keep expanding and
current in her dental knowledge.
In her spare time she enjoys watching movies, dancing, dining out with
friends, walking her dog and traveling.
Shelley

Shelley graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Canadore College in
1990. She has worked for the last 15 years as a dental hygienist in a
variety of offices. When not busy at work, Shelley enjoys skiing, reading
and scrap-booking. Shelley's two young sons, Kendall and Aidan keep her
busy with their active schedules.
Julia

Julia graduated from Career Canada College in 1989 as a Certified
Dental Assistant. She upgraded her studies in Microbiology and Oral Facial
Anatomy at George Brown College. Julie has worked as an office administrator
and dental assistant for 11 years.
Julie is a member of the Ontario Dental Nurses and Assistants Association
and upgrades her studies through continuing education courses.
Julia live in the Mississauga area and looks forward to raising her two
beautiful daughters. She enjoys dining out at night with friends and family.
One of her all time favorites is Thai food.
Julia is very happy with her profession because the end result is always a
happy smile.

Cathy

Cathy graduated Dental Assisting from Seneca College in 1978. She worked
in a Rexdale dental office for 7 years as an assistant and office manager.
Cathy returned to school in 1985 at George Brown where she obtained her
dental hygiene license in 1986. She met Dr Bentley while working for
another dentist in Mississauga in 1991. Cathy has worked with Dr. Bentley
since. When not working part time, Cathy is a very busy mother of
five young boys. Cathy volunteers at her boys school and at St. Vincent de
Paul Society in Oakville. Cathy's husband and her five boys live in
Oakville with their dog and two rabbits.
